Cancellation Policy: Please give 48hrs notice for cancellation or rescheduling. If session is canceled or rescheduled after 48hr period full payment is still due.

The first session is generally 90 mins for infants and adults, and 60 mins for children over 9 months old. Follow ups are 75 or 60 mins, depending on what is best for each individual.
I do not accept insurance. I can generate a receipt of payment, sometimes called a super-bill, to submit to your insurance provider, if your policy covers massage therapy or manual therapy. I cannot provide a diagnostic code however, so do check with your insurance to see if they need that if you plan to submit for reimbursement.
Adult sessions take place on a massage table with client laying on a sheet, preferably wearing soft, flexible clothing that is not tight or restricting. Most of the session will take place with clients laying comfortably on their backs.
Infant sessions generally require 3-6 sessions to resolve most issues. The first session will be 90 mins to allow time for history and intake, the following sessions are commonly 60 min follow-ups, occasionally 75 mins if needed. Infants and young children of course do not often lay on their backs on the table for extended periods of time. We follow their lead, working on the floor mat, or as they are held. Infants are able to sleep, feed and have diaper changes as needed during the appointments.
Children over 9 months are usually on the move! As we all know. My approach to working with babies and kids incorporates whatever level of movement development they are working with. It’s very important that they feel comfortable and are free to express themselves in all ways during the appointment. The 60 minute appointment allows time for them to explore the space, get to know me, and get comfortable, and to find a toy or book to engage with while we work. You’re also welcome to bring anything you know they would enjoy while we work. We have a play mat on the floor, massage table, couch and chairs in the space, so there are options to find a place to work. We do the intake form via email prior to the appointment so that we don’t have to speak clinically about the kids while they are present in the room during the session.

The Scheduling System will need to capture your credit card information to secure the appointment, but will only be charged in the case of late cancellation or not showing up to the appointment.
