I just read this great article in the NY Times referencing the latest neuroscience concerning our multi-tasking/split attention modern lifestyles. With phones by our sides throughout our days, we are tasking the attention regulators in our brains with a heavier work load then most of us had… say 10 years ago. In my work as craniosacral therapist, I offer a chance to “hit the reset button” during a session. The most exciting part though, is this reset doesn’t have to be facilitated by a session! Together we can re-orient your nervous system to finding your reset button throughout your day, and forward on in your life to come!
